What Is Vibration Molded Graphite?
Vibration molded graphite is produced by compacting specially prepared carbon raw materials under controlled vibration. This process creates a dense, highly uniform graphite structure that combines excellent mechanical properties with strong thermal and electrical performance.
After molding, the material is baked and graphitized, and may undergo optional purification or impregnation to achieve specific performance characteristics required by the end application.
