High purified graphite plate is a fine-structure, high-purity, high-strength and high-density graphite material produced from high-quality low-ash coke. Through a scientific formulation of mixing, pressing, baking and high-temperature purification, the plate reaches a carbon content of 99.9% and above — with purified grades exceeding 99.99% and ash content reduced to a few parts per million.

What Is High Purified Graphite Plate?
High purified graphite plate is solid graphite that has been chemically or thermally purified to remove metallic and mineral impurities. Starting from low-ash petroleum coke and a pitch binder, the material is mixed, pressed, carbonized and graphitized, then purified at high temperature — often in a halogen atmosphere — to drive the ash content down to parts-per-million levels.
The result is a dense, fine-grain plate that combines high purity, high mechanical strength and excellent machinability with the natural properties of graphite: high-temperature resistance, thermal and electrical conductivity, lubricity and chemical stability — everything demanding semiconductor, casting and electrode applications require.
