Isostatic Graphite Products

What Is Isostatic Graphite?
Isostatic graphite is produced by pressing fine carbon raw materials using cold isostatic pressing technology. Unlike unidirectional or bidirectional pressing, isostatic pressing applies pressure evenly around the material, creating a highly uniform graphite structure with isotropic properties.
The result is a premium graphite grade with high density, low porosity, fine grain size, excellent strength, high purity and superior dimensional stability. These properties make isostatic graphite one of the preferred materials for semiconductor, EDM, aerospace, vacuum furnace and high-performance industrial applications.
Why Isostatic Graphite Is a Premium Graphite Grade
Isostatic graphite offers better isotropy, density, grain consistency and performance stability than many conventional molded or extruded graphite grades. It is selected when dimensional accuracy, fine surface finish, low porosity, high strength and long service life are critical.
